Our Caring Staff

Hi, my name is Janet. You will find me alongside Emily and Victoria at the front desk. I’m here to help answer any questions you may have about your account or your insurance. My husband is Dr. Dillard. We married in 1982 and we have one grown son. I love working with everyone at Woodland Hills Dental. We have a great dental team. My desire is for each patient to feel like they’ve been treated like family. Any spare time I have, I enjoy antique shopping, trying new restaurants and of course hanging out with family and friends.

I have been with our practice since 2006. I received my Dental Hygiene degree from Tarrant County College. I maintain continuing education classes yearly to expand my dental hygiene knowledge and I am an expert in dental and periodontal health. I enjoy the close bond I form with patients as I provide superior preventive care, and am committed to patients ‘ dental health and to patients’ overall health. In my spare time I enjoy my family, love to travel and enjoy capturing photography art through my lens.

My name is Caitlin and I am a registered dental assistant. I graduated from TCC in December 2012 for dental assisting and started working for Dr. Dillard as his assistant in February 2013. I really enjoy what I do and working with Dr. Dillard. He is so thorough and patient with every person that walks through our doors. It is my goal with each patient to make them feel comfortable and at ease, like they are just hanging out with their friends. In my free time, I am taking classes at TCC to get myself ready for the dental hygiene program. I also enjoy cooking, working out, hanging out with my family, and playing with my two boxer puppies, Sancho and Optimus Prime.
